Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take insurance?

No, and here's why: They aren't interested in you getting back to the things you're looking to us for.

Without the limitations of insurance, we have the freedom to give you the exact care you need, and we can provide complete price transparency.

  • We can focus on you, and we can give you exactly what you want and need

  • We can train you like an athlete, and we can work with from pain to performance

  • All appointments are 1-on-1, with an expert specific to your needs

  • You won't get passed to an assistant, tech, or aide (we don't even have them)

  • You won't get a surprise bill down the road

  • You won't be limited by what insurance companies say you can and can't do in therapy

What's the overall cost?

Our single session rate is $279, and we offer package prices with steep discounts as low as $199 per session.

You may be able to also reduce your cost if out-of-network benefits are available through your health insurance. Many clients will receive 50-80% reimbursement if they have out-of-network benefits.

If you are not sure of your benefits, we can help you understand what your policy benefits are.

How do I get reimbursed from my insurance provider?

A Superbill can be submitted to your insurance company as a receipt for qualified services that may be reimbursable if you have out-of-network benefits, and you have met your out-of-network deductible.

We will provide you with a Superbill upon request.  Just let us know.

How many sessions will I need?

While we can’t predict a specific number, most clients range between 8-20 visits.

Following an initial evaluation, we will plan with you on how many sessions, and at what frequency, we expect to be best for you and your goals.

How often will I need to come in?

Most clients come in once a week to start.

With your entire session dedicated to 1-on-1 time with your therapist, we can address multiple issues and contributing factors while creating a program you can continue on your own. This helps you benefit from therapy every day without needing to come in multiple times per week.

What forms of payment do you accept?

As qualified health care providers, we can accept a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flex Savings Account (FSA).

We also accept credit cards, checks, and cash.

Do I need to pay up front?

No. While we will hold a card to secure your first session, we prefer to keep the evaluation as a single booking allowing us each to test one another out.

Following the evaluation, any discounted packages are expected as payment in full or with an agreed upon payment plan.

What happens when I finish my plan of care?

In our out-of-network model, you get to choose what happens next. Many people continue to work with us long term to support their growth into new goals and achievements.

We offer membership plans for those that choose to keep working with us beyond their initial package.

I still have more questions.

We want you to be completely confident and clear with what we do, and how we provide care unlike any other physical therapy experience.
