Ashleigh Angle

The Origin Of Ashleigh

Ashleigh Angle is Snowbeast Performance’s first employee as the administrative assistant.

She helps with the back-end work including helping with social media content creation, blog writing, sending newsletters, connecting with clients, being the front desk person, and just being a fun addition to the Snowbeast team.

She has brought her knowledge of sports and nutrition to the clinic being a Senior Dietetics student at the University of Vermont and being an avid lover of sports.  She hopes to obtain her Masters in Dietetics in the next two years and receive her Dietetics license following that. She also holds a Level 1 CrossFit trainer certificate and hopes to use that for future workshops and events that Snowbeast Performance holds.

Ashleigh has created a lot of relationships with many of the local providers and can see the

connections growing as she becomes a more integral part of the community. She enjoys

helping all sorts of athletes by having them see Stephen, but also helping them through

nutrition information as well.

“My goal in life is to just help as many people as I can but have genuine relationships with

personalization and trust built in that relationship. I do not want to have people feel like they

are just another client. They are unique and deserve every ounce of energy that I can give

them. I will give all clients the attention they deserve to help them live their best and most

healthy life to stay active and enjoy all the adventure they can.”

Stephen Burkert

Meet Stephen

Dr. Stephen Burkert is the owner and innovator of Snowbeast Performance. Steve has travelled across the country developing skills and systems for employers, colleagues, and patients. He has developed a complimentary and unique skill set to address mobility and performance needs with special focus on restoring balance physically and mentally.

Along with receiving a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Steve is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.

"As a physical therapist, I am fortunate to have the opportunity to address every person specific to their needs and goals. Physical therapists have the ability to create lasting impact on the people they meet. While I travelled the country, I found needs in every community, and found ambition and satisfaction to address all people individually. Being in the position to heal with my hands, and help people gain the lives they want, has been a rewarding and exceptional adventure."

Steve has found delight in working with many different populations. He enjoys working with an active population that wants to move, feel, and live better. He believes fresh air and sunshine are important for healthy living, and he is motivated to help people return to year round outdoor activity.

Along with working with active and health conscious clients, Steve also has a special interest in those with concussion, vestibular disorder, and chronic pain.
