Dr. Alex Denny lives for the mountains—and knows what it takes to keep you doing what you love all year long. Whether you’re skiing fresh winter lines, grinding up a mountain bike climb, or powering through a CrossFit session, Alex helps you recover faster, move better, and perform at your best.
A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, Alex has coached elite snowsport athletes at Killington Mountain School, played lacrosse at Castleton University, and now coaches CrossFit at HWPO Training in Williston, Vermont.
An avid skier, mountain biker, hiker, and winter sports enthusiast, Alex is passionate about keeping Vermont’s active community strong, resilient, and ready for the next adventure.

Dr. Angie Krywanczyk is a Vermont native who has always embraced an active lifestyle—playing soccer and tennis, golfing, paddle boarding, hiking, and strength training. She understands the drive to stay strong, move well, and keep enjoying the mountains, trails, water, or gym year-round.
A Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont, Angie combines her expertise with years of experience in training, competing, and fitness coaching to deliver a movement-focused, performance-driven approach to care. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, coaching at Mountain Trail CrossFit in Colchester, Vermont, where she helps athletes of all levels build lasting strength and resilience.
Whether you’re chasing a new personal best, exploring Vermont’s outdoors, or getting back to your favorite activities, Angie is passionate about helping you feel your best and stay active for the long term.

Stephen Burkert
Dr. Stephen Burkert is the owner of Snow Beast Performance, helping Vermonters stay active with family and friends as they age. From snowboarders to everyday outdoor enthusiasts, he solves movement and pain problems with a strong manual therapy skill set, backed by targeted exercises and training.
A Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, Steve is driven by building a strong team and giving clients the best care possible.

Jess Stuart is a Vermont native who thrives on staying active—whether that's skiing, CrossFit, or keeping up with her kids at soccer and baseball. Helping clients feel welcomed, cozy, and confident is like a drop of maple syrup in her morning coffee.
