Missing Powder Days
Every day you're in pain is a day you're not riding. Your crew is hitting the mountain while you're stuck on the sidelines, watching the season pass you by.

Afraid of Making It Worse
You don't know if riding through the pain will cause permanent damage. The uncertainty is almost worse than the injury itself, keeping you off your board even on perfect days.

Generic PT Isn't Cutting It
Your physical therapist doesn't understand snowboarding movements. Their cookie-cutter exercises aren't addressing the specific demands your body faces on the mountain.

Do you take insurance?
No, and here's why. By not contracting with insurance companies, we have the freedom to give you the exact care you need with complete price transparency. All appointments are one-on-one with an expert doctor of physical therapy—no aides or assistants. You won't get passed off, you won't get surprise bills, and you won't be limited by what insurance says you can or can't do. Many clients receive 60-90% reimbursement through out-of-network benefits, and we'll provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance.
How many sessions will I need?
While we can't predict a specific number without evaluating you first, most clients range between 6 and 10 visits based on their injury and goals. Following your initial evaluation, we'll give you a clearer idea of how many sessions and at what frequency will be best for your recovery. The goal is always to get you back to snowboarding as quickly and safely as possible.
How often will I need to come in?
Most clients come in once a week or less. Because you get an entire session one-on-one with a doctor of physical therapy, we're able to address multiple issues and influencing factors during each visit. We'll also give you a clear program to continue on your own between sessions, which means you keep making progress every day without needing to come in multiple times per week. As your pain reduces, most clients transition to 1-2 sessions per month for maintenance and performance optimizatio
