Can I share this package with my spouse or kids?

Yes. You can share these visits with your spouse or kids. We work with lots of families and love being able to keep the entire family healthy.

Do the visits expire?

Yes. You have 12 months to use this package once you start using these sessions. Book a session between now and the end of the year to get the package started.

Can I use my HSA or FSA dollars for this package?

Yes. That's your money and we are a qualified medical provider. You can use both your HSA and FSA money towards this package. Don't let your money disappear at the end of the year.

Can I buy more than one Open Enrollment package?

No. These packages are limited to one per person. If you have a spouse, both of you can buy one package, but each individual can only purchase one.

What if I have a significant injury?

All the more reason to sign up and resolve that issue! You can use these sessions however you'd like - it will ultimately be up to you and your doctor to create a plan that helps you meet your goals and address any issues or concerns.

What if I need more than one session per month?​

Open Enrollment has the same benefits as a monthly membership. That means you can purchase​ additional sessions at our membership rate, $189, to add to your plan if you need more than one session a month.

What will the sessions look like?
You and your doctor will have hourly sessions together every month.
​
Each session will be tailored specifically to you, your goals, and your current issues or concerns.
​
You will focus on specific areas that need attention - injuries or pain, exercise or regular movement, stress management, nutrition and eating habits, and sleep/recovery.
​
After every session you will leave understanding what factors are contributing to your current state and what you need to adjust going forward (sometimes you may even have homework!)

We like to take a proactive approach for your health and goals. This means each session looks a little different for everyone depending on what you're currently working on.
