Don't Let Pain Sideline Your Season

You've tried rest, ice, and generic exercises—but the pain keeps coming back. Every day you're stuck on the sidelines is another day missing the activities that make you feel alive, whether that's skiing fresh powder, crushing trail runs, or hitting a new PR in the gym.

Pain That Won't Go Away

You've been dealing with the same injury for weeks or months, and nothing seems to fix it long-term.

"I've been seeing Stephen for over a year now and it was one of the best decisions I've made for my health and well-being. A lifetime of high impact sports and poor movement habits has started to catch up to me. Stephen has helped me address each issue that has cropped up so that I can still maintain an active lifestyle and do all the things I love to do. I really appreciate his approach to staying active through injury and finding ways to modify movements instead of stopping altogether."

"As a sports medicine PA, I had heard great things from my patients about Steve and Alex's work at Snowbeast. They've impressed me on every level—Steve is an excellent clinician with a keen eye for the underlying issues and imbalances, and has a broad array of manual skills and modalities that he can bring to bear for his patients."

Do you take insurance?
We operate as an out-of-network provider, which means we don't contract directly with insurance companies. This gives us the freedom to provide exactly the care you need without restrictions. While we don't bill insurance directly, many clients with out-of-network benefits receive 60-90% reimbursement. We'll provide you with a detailed Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out-of-network coverage.

What's the cost of sports physical therapy at Snow Beast?
Single sessions are $279, with discounted package rates of $229 or $199 per session depending on your commitment. We provide complete price transparency—no surprise bills down the road. Many clients reduce their out-of-pocket costs by using their out-of-network benefits or Health Savings Account (HSA)/Flex Savings Account (FSA). We can help you understand your benefits before you start.

How many sessions will I need?
Most clients range between 6 and 10 visits, but this varies based on your specific injury and goals. After your initial evaluation, we'll give you a clear picture of what to expect. Because we spend the entire session one-on-one with you and equip you with a home program, you'll make faster progress than you would with traditional physical therapy models.

What makes Snow Beast different from other physical therapy clinics?
Every session is one-on-one with a board-certified orthopedic specialist who's also a certified strength coach and active athlete. We don't use aides or techs. We focus on finding the root cause of your pain, not just treating symptoms. And we specialize in sports like skiing, snowboarding, trail running, climbing, and CrossFit—so we understand exactly what it takes to get you back to peak performance.

Do I need a referral to schedule?
No referral is needed. You can schedule directly by calling us at (802) 391-4228 or using our online booking system. We offer free phone consultations if you want to discuss your situation before committing to an appointment.

What if I still have questions?
We want you to feel completely confident before starting care. Reach out to us at info@snowbeastperformance.com or call (802) 391-4228, and we'll answer any questions or set up a free phone consultation.
