Expert Return to Sport Physical Therapy in Williston, VT

Still Sidelined After Weeks of Treatment?

You've tried rest, maybe even traditional PT — but the pain keeps coming back and the season isn't waiting. You deserve care that actually finds the source of the problem.

You're Chasing Symptoms, Not the Cause

You're Losing the Season You Trained For

You Feel Like Just Another Appointment

Generic exercises and ice packs treat the surface. When the root movement pattern goes unaddressed, pain returns the moment you ramp activity back up — and you're stuck in the same cycle.

Every week on the sidelines is a ski day missed, a trail race scratched, a ride cancelled. The longer you wait on cookie-cutter care, the harder it is to get back to full performance.

Fifteen-minute slots, rotating aides, and one-size-fits-all protocols don't cut it for active people with real goals. You need a provider who actually knows you — and your sport.

Why Williston Athletes Choose Snow Beast

Snow Beast Performance exists for one reason: to keep active people doing the things that matter most to them. Our board-certified Doctors of Physical Therapy specialize in return to sport physical therapy — bridging the gap between rehab and peak performance with a root-cause approach, hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, and sport-specific strength programming. You get their undivided attention every single session.

  • 100% 1-on-1 care with a board-certified DPT — never an aide or assistant

  • Root-cause assessment using advanced tools including VALD force plate and isokinetic strength testing

  • Self-pay model guided by your goals, not insurance limits — HSA/FSA accepted, superbills available

Why Williston Athletes Choose Snow Beast
"I've been in and out of different PT clinics nearly my entire life having grown up a dancer, and I've finally found my home with Snow Beast. Angie helped trace my knee pain down to its root cause, and equipped me with a tool box of exercises to pull from when things flare up. Working with this team is truly one of the best investments I can imagine making for my longevity."

Your Path Back to Full Performance

1

Step 1: Start with a Free Discovery Call

Spend 15 minutes with one of our expert DPTs — no cost, no commitment. We'll listen to your story, understand your goals, and map out the most direct path back to the activity you love.

2

Step 2: Get a Root-Cause Evaluation

Your first session is a thorough, 1-on-1 assessment that goes beyond the site of pain. We identify the underlying movement patterns driving your injury using hands-on examination and, where appropriate, objective strength and movement testing.

3

Step 3: Train, Return, and Stay There

We don't just get you out of pain — we build you back stronger than before. Your personalized plan combines manual therapy, sport-specific strength programming, and return-to-sport progressions so you go back with confidence and stay there.

Return to Sport Physical Therapy for Every Injury

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

Snow Beast Performance operates as a self-pay, out-of-network clinic. This model means your care is guided entirely by what you need — not by insurance visit limits or protocols. We provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement, and we gladly accept HSA and FSA payments. For specific cost information, we recommend booking a free 15-minute discovery call so we can discuss your situation directly.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Your first session is a thorough 1-on-1 evaluation with a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy — no intake forms handed off to an aide. We take the time to understand your full history, your goals, and what's actually driving your pain or limitation. After each visit, you'll receive a follow-up email summarizing your session and your exercises, complete with instructional videos.

How is Snow Beast different from a traditional PT clinic?

At most traditional clinics, you're seen for 15–30 minutes, often by a PT assistant, and given a standard set of exercises. At Snow Beast, every session is a full hour, 1-on-1 with a board-certified DPT who is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. We blend hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, and sport-specific progressive training — and we stay focused on the root cause, not just symptom relief. The result is faster, longer-lasting recovery for active people who have real goals.
